Strength and Body Sculpting
Our Strength & Body Sculpt classes focus on building strength, developing lean muscle, and reshaping your body through structured training. Each 60-minute session takes place at predetermined class times throughout the day, creating the motivation of a group environment while still following a program that is individually written for every member. Every participant has their own weights, warm-ups, and progressions, ensuring the workout is tailored to their ability level and personal goals. With more than 10 class times available, ranging from 5:00 AM to 6:15 PM, you can choose when you train, and our app allows you to book into or out of sessions up to one hour before any class, giving you excellent flexibility in your schedule.
By emphasizing strength development and muscle building, these sessions help improve body composition, increase metabolism, and support long-term fat loss. Because every program is individualized, our coaches can tailor training specifically to each member’s goals—whether that’s gaining strength, building muscle, improving tone, or burning fat. The result is a highly personalized training experience that delivers all the benefits of private training at nearly half the cost, while still enjoying the energy and accountability of a small group.
